§ 12-118. Fee for checks returned due to insufficient funds.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter to the contrary, the parish is hereby authorized to impose and collect a fee for each check returned to the parish due to insufficient funds. The amount of the fee shall be as established by the parish commission from time to time.
