It shall be unlawful for any person to practice fortunetelling, as defined herein,
in places or areas under the jurisdiction of the parish commission without furnishing
a surety bond in the sum of $1,000.00 by a good and solvent surety company, authorized
to do business in the state, providing for the indemnification of any person injured
or damaged by the holder of a permit issued under this article through any act of
negligence, dishonesty, fraud, misrepresentation or unlawful conduct.
