§ 16-56. Operating requirements of ambulances adopted; failure to comply.

The requirements of all state statutes applicable to the operation of ambulances, specifically R.S. 33:4791 et seq. and R.S. 40:1231 et seq., to the extent that such requirements have not been addressed in this article or that they impose higher duties upon the parties subject thereto than those imposed herein, are adopted by reference and incorporated herein as if fully set out. Failure to comply with any such requirements shall constitute a violation of the provision of this article.
