§ 2-4. Creation of oil and gas fund.

There is hereby created within the accounts of the parish an oil and gas fund into which shall be deposited all revenues received by the parish on or after July 1, 2005, not heretofore budgeted, from the leasing of mineral interests owned by the parish and from the production of minerals owned by the parish. All revenues deposited into said fund can be expended only as appropriated by the parish commission.
