§ 2-55. Employee contributions.

(a)

Each member shall select a percentage to contribute to the CPERS, with the parish's contribution determined in accordance with the contribution schedule that is outlined in the official plan document. The contribution schedule will be established annually during the budget process. Each member's percentage cannot be less than five percent.

(b)

Employee and parish contributions shall be calculated based upon applicable salary and taxable fringe benefits as reported on the annual W-2 form.
