§ 2-177. Purchases to be made through central purchasing department.

The purchase of materials, supplies, and services (other than professional services) shall be made by the central purchasing department. All departments, offices, and agencies of the parish will submit requisitions to the central purchasing department and will not undertake to purchase or contract directly with any vendor.
