§ 2-209. Adoption; compliance measures.

In accordance with all applicable state and federal laws, the parish has adopted the following economic inclusion initiative (the "initiative") for small and emerging businesses to comply with the parish's policy of providing and ensuring contracting/purchasing opportunities to level the playing field for these business concerns. The ultimate goal is to better enhance economic development within our own community through the growth and development of these businesses.
