§ 2-217. Small and economically disadvantaged business directory.

The department of finance will maintain a directory that will be a comprehensive listing of all small and emerging businesses certified by the parish. It shall include, at a minimum, the following information: The name of the firm, its address, telephone number, the types of work the firm has been certified to perform and certification expiration dates. The directory shall be updated and published on a quarterly basis and be made available to the public on request.
