§ 36-23. Firearms, weapons, fireworks, and explosives.

No person shall discharge or carry firearms, weapons, fireworks, explosives or properties having such character into any parish owned park. This section shall not apply to the display or discharge of fireworks authorized by the director of parks and recreation.
