§ 36-27. Litter, waste disposal, etc.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person:

(1)

To scatter or leave upon any park, pier or lake adjacent thereto, any paper, rags, bottles, cans, broken glass, garbage, offal or offensive matter.

(2)

To void any excrement within the limit of any park, except in such place or apartment as is or shall be especially provided for such purpose.

(b)

Any violation of subsection (a) of this section may be tried in a justice of the peace court.
