§ 44-452. Created; general powers and privileges.

There is hereby created a sewerage district in the parish, to be known as Sewerage District No. Two of Caddo Parish, and as thus created, shall constitute a public corporation and political subdivision of the state, and as such, shall have all the rights, powers and privileges granted and conferred by the constitution and statutes of the state, including the authority to incur debt, to issue bonds and to levy taxes and assessments.
