There is hereby formed and created a waterworks district in the parish, with boundaries
as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of section 1, township 18 north, range 15 west,
Caddo Parish, Louisiana; thence north along the west line of section 1, township 18
north, range 15 west, to the south right-of-way line of the Pine Hills Road; thence
east along said right-of-way line of the Pine Hills Road to the west line of section
6, township 18 north, range 14 west; thence north along said west line of section
6, township 18 north, range 14 west, and along the west line of sections 31 and 30,
township 19 north, range 14 west to the east-west centerline of section 30, township 19 north, range 14 west; thence east along the said east-west centerline
of section 30, township 19 north, range 14 west to the south line of McCain Bayou; thence northwesterly
along said south line of McCain Bayou, with all its meanders, to its intersection
with the west line of section 24, township 19 north, range 15 west; thence run north along said west Line of section 24, township 19 north, range 15 west, to the northwest corner of section 24, township 19 north, range 15 west; thence run east along said north line of section 24, township 19 north, range 15 west, to the north line of section 19, township 19 north, range 14; thence continue east along said north line of section 19, township 19 north, range 14 west, to its intersection with the south line of Twelve
Mile Bayou; thence southeasterly along the south line of Twelve Mile Bayou, with all
its meanders, to the intersection of the said south line of Twelve Mile Bayou with
the west right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 71; thence southeasterly along said west
right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 71 to its intersection with the centerline of section 33, township 19 north, range 14 west; thence easterly along said centerline of section 33, township 19 north, range 14 west, to a point 2,640 feet east of the west line of
said section 33; thence south a distance of 1,320 feet; thence east a distance of 1,320 feet; thence
south to the south line of said section 33, township 19 north, range 14 west; thence east along the south line of sections 33
and 34, township 19 north, range 14 west to its intersection with the most southwesterly
line of Twelve Mile Bayou; thence southeasterly along said southwesterly line of Twelve
