The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
District
means Sales Tax District Number One of Caddo Parish, State of Louisiana, which shall
comprise all of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, outside the boundaries of the municipalities
of Bossier City, Shreveport and Vivian, as said boundaries may exist at any given
time, and said district shall vary in accordance with legal changes which may be made
to said municipal boundaries.
