§ 52-81. Approvals required.

No person shall install a community-type system, alter or modify an existing system, or connect the sewage from any building to an existing system until the plans and specifications for the system, modification or connection have been submitted to the health unit, and the state department of environmental quality where required by law, and written approval of the plans have been secured and a written permit from the health unit issued.
