§ 52-150. Construction, extension of waterworks systems.

It is hereby declared to be the policy of Caddo Parish that in all extensions of waterworks systems authorized by Caddo Parish under the authority of R.S. 33:3822, the parish shall assume ten percent of the cost of any such improvements and the adjoining property owners shall assume 90 percent thereof.
