§ 8-62. Vaccinations of dogs and cats.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for rabies vaccine to be administered by anyone other than a licensed veterinarian, or a person acting under the direct supervision thereof.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for anyone other than a licensed veterinarian to sell rabies vaccines except for livestock purposes.
