§ 12-162. Fees levied.

There is hereby levied a fee of $2.00 for each service or transaction carried out as an operation of the Vivian, Louisiana, field office of the office of motor vehicles of the department of public safety and corrections, provided that such fee shall not apply to the procurement or renewal of a motor vehicle registration license.
