§ 12-163. Disposition of fees.

Monies collected shall be deposited into the state treasury and shall be reappropriated to the Vivian field office of the office of motor vehicles of the department of public safety and corrections, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 32:408.1, to be used solely to defray the cost of operations of said field office.
