§ 16-87. Duties.

(a)

The ambulance board shall perform such duties as may be prescribed by this article, including, but not limited to:

(1)

Recommend issuance of operator's licenses.

(2)

Investigate complaints.

(3)

Recommend issuance, denial, suspension and revocation of operator's licenses.

(b)

Vehicle and equipment inspection may be performed by the state department of health and hospitals.
