§ 26-190. Schedule J: local traffic only roads.

(a)

The following are local traffic only roads as established by the parish commission and entitled Schedule J:

Maggie Lane

McDaniel Drive

(b)

On streets designated as local traffic only roads, it shall be unlawful for any person to operate or drive vehicles on said roads unless they reside on or are visiting residents on said roads.

(c)

The provision of this section shall not apply to:

(1)

Vehicles which are delivering to or picking up items from residences located on the said streets.

(2)

Emergency vehicles while on call for emergency services.

(3)

School buses picking up and dropping off children on said roads.

(4)

Mail carriers delivering mail from residences on said street.
