§ 36-40. Limited hours of use at parish owned parks.

It shall be unlawful for any person, other than parish employees and law enforcement officers engaged in the discharge of an official act or duty, to enter or remain in Noah Tyson Park, Robert L. Nance Park, Earl G. Williamson Park, Horace M. Downs Park, Hawkins Lear Park, Richard Fleming Park, P.B.S. Pinchback Park, Milton James "Hookie" Cameron Memorial Park, Greenbrook Park, and the Robert G. Lawton, Jr. Playground between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., unless such person:
(1)

Is engaged in fishing from the banks or on the lake, or is in the process of launching or retrieving a boat for that purpose; or

(2)

Has received written authorization from the director of parks and recreation or his designee.
