§ 40-10. Intentional discharge of firearms upon public roads and bridges.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to intentionally discharge any firearm upon any public road or bridge in the parish.

(b)

For the purposes of this section, the term public road shall include the traveled road surface, the shoulders thereof and the ditches and backslopes adjacent thereto.
