Fire District Number Six shall be governed by a board of commissioners consisting
of five members, appointed by the governing authority of the parish, who shall serve
on such board at the pleasure of the parish.
(b)
Said District shall, however, specifically include all property located in section
5, township 16 north, range 14 west, Caddo Parish, Louisiana which is not now included
within the corporate limits of the City of Shreveport.
