§ 44-530. Boundary limits.

  • The boundary limits of Caddo Parish Sewerage District Number Seven shall include all territory in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, legally described as follows:

    (1)

    Point of beginning is common corner of sections 5, 6, 7, and 8, T18N, R14W, Caddo Parish, Louisiana:

    Run thence northerly along the west line of said section 5 to the NW corner of the SW ¼ of NW ¼ of said section 5; run thence westerly to the SE corner of the NW ¼ of NW ¼ of section 6, T18N, R14W; run thence southerly for a distance of 469.00 feet; run thence westerly for a distance of 657.50 feet; run thence southerly for a distance of 15.30 feet; run thence westerly to the east right-of-way line of the Roy Road; run thence southerly along the east right-of-way line of the Roy Road a distance of 249.60 feet; run thence west a distance of 747.0 feet; run thence north a distance of 145.93 feet; run thence west a distance of 50.0 feet;     The boundary limits of Caddo Parish Sewerage District Number Seven which shall also include the legally described territory as follows:

    A tract of land located in section 36, township 19 north, range 15 west, Caddo Parish, Louisiana that is to be annexed into Caddo Parish Sewerage District No. 7.

    Beginning at the northwest corner of section 36, township 19 north, range 15 west, Caddo Parish, Louisiana, run thence south 89;deg; 33' 31" east along the north line of said section 36 a distance of 2,014.02 feet to a point on the south right-of-way line of the Old Mooringsport Road (La. Highway No. 538); run thence in a southeasterly direction along the south right-of-way line of the Old Mooringsport Road (La. Highway No. 538) a distance of 864.89 feet to a point on the west right-of-way line of Northwood West; run thence south 0;deg; 14' 20" west along the west right-of-way line of Northwood West a distance of 1,097.22 feet to a point on the south right-of-way line of Northwood South; run thence south 89;deg; 19' 35" east along the south right-of-way line of Northwood South a distance of 2,417.07 feet to a point on the west right-of-way line of Roy Road; run thence south 0;deg; 14' 20" west along the west right-of-way line of Roy Road a distance of 1,026.55 feet; run thence south 89;deg; 15' west a distance of 4,302.90 feet; run thence north 89;deg; 36' 12" west a distance of 938.14 feet; run thence north 0;deg; 20' 33" west a distance of 979.64 feet; run thence south 89;deg; 53' 30" west a distance of 40.39 feet; run thence north 0;deg; 18' 28" east a distance of 1,339.52 feet to the northwest corner of section 36, township 19 north, range 15 west, Caddo Parish, Louisiana and the point of beginning. Said tract containing 209.75 acres.
