§ 44-531. Designation; rights, powers, authority.

The sewerage district created in this division shall continue to be known and is hereby designated as Sewerage District No. 7 of the Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana, and shall continue to constitute a public corporation and political subdivision of the state, and as such shall have all the powers incidental thereto as granted by the constitution and statutes of the state, including the authority to incur debt, to issue bonds, and to levy taxes and assessments.
