§ 2-50. Right to collective bargaining; protection from reprisals.

  • (a)

    Any parish employee, including an appointed employee, who engages in any activity or does any other thing which may be construed to be in furtherance of the parish employee's right to collective bargaining shall not be subject to discipline or reprisals for any said activity.

    (b)

    No employee or elected official shall subject any parish employee to discipline or reprisals because of any said activity.
